It's emailed the moment payment succeeds, and stays under Orders in your account for as long as you need it.

Sales wait in a wallet
The money is credited to the organiser's AriaPass wallet. Sales are held back until their refund window closes: 5 days after purchase, or when the show starts.

A verified organiser gets paid
Money only moves when an identity-verified organiser requests a payout, and our team reviews it before it's sent.
